Bravo Volunteers!
The Summer Reading program was outstanding! 17 children participated in a variety of literacy activities. Many thanks to our volunteers who worked with the students. We look forward to renewing the after school reading program at PCK in the fall.
Storytime at Kaitie's Closet
Literacy volunteers provide a short story time for the children ages 5-8 prior to the distribution. Each child also receives a book. After the story, the children join their families to participate in the clothing distribution. Some of the stories read are Pete the Cat, Marley the Dog and Biscuit the Dog.
Need an English Language Class?
Rim Literacy is no longer providing English language classes or GED preparation classes.
Contact Gila County Adult Education to enroll in any adult education class.
There are morning and evening classes for both beginners and advanced students.

Kaitie's Closet distributes used clothing, new shoes, socks and underwear 10 times a year. Distribution dates for the fall 2025 are

August 27, September 24, October 29 and November 19 (Prior to Thanksgiving)
